Sweet Tart Obsessed



Confession: I have a small obsession with tart baking. Tarts are the perfect combination of pastry and fruit. Custards and fillings are totally optional (but much more yumm with!). So simple. I haven't made one in forever it seems, but this Pear Almond recipe from Smitten Kitchen has me itching to bring out the fluted tart pans. Isn't that the most fun name for a baking dish? Just look at this crust...
